Hello May!
Seattle is in its springtime glory—gardens are bursting with color, trees are lush with green, and the city is fully alive with festivals, outdoor dining, and waterfront strolls. It’s the kind of month that reminds us why we love living here: nature and city life in perfect harmony.
In the real estate world, May typically brings a surge of new listings—and this year is no exception. But while inventory is up, many buyers are approaching the market with more caution due to ongoing economic uncertainty. That shift in momentum is creating rare opportunities for savvy buyers: motivated sellers, less competition, and potential deals in neighborhoods that don’t usually see them.
If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to buy, this might just be it. DM me for details on some recent wins for my buyers!

The #1 Thing Sellers Need to Know About Their Asking Price

When you put your house on the market, you want to sell it quickly and for the best price possible; that’s generally the goal. But too many sellers are shooting too high right now. They don’t realize the market has shifted as inventory has grown.
