It was a pleasure working with Matt on the sale of our condo. We only met with him in person twice and then moved out of state. So we relied on him totally to handle everything from renovations to staging. He was in constant communication so there were no surprises. The result was a quick sale which made us very happy.

Matt was hands down the best real estate experience I've had amongst the 4 properties I've purchased in my life. This was no easy purchase for me, as I was relocating from Texas and needing to do most of the searching and coordination remotely. Despite the distance and the insanely hot market, Matt was able to get me into my dream PNW home, within my budget, within my timeline, and in the primary location I desired. His genuine style and attentive approach to addressing my many needs made a long-distance purchase that much less stressful. I couldn't recommend another realtor and partner in the purchase journey any more highly than Matt.
