Modernae was inspired by my love of modernism and born from my vision to make buying and selling a Seattle modern home as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Following the purchase of our mid-century modern home in 2020. Modernae was created with the goal of being the perfect combination of high-tech and high-touch. I'm proud to be able to draw on the incredible talent, technology, network, and resources of Compass and my own personal experience to make this vision a reality.
Modern homes inspire me. In my own life, I know the sense of spaciousness and calm a modern home can provide. I know the easy way a modern home can encourage its owners to express their own style and personality. And I know the exceptional value a modern home can represent over time.
To share my love of modern homes with others, I do everything I can to make the process of buying or selling a modern home as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
My commitment to doing so begins with sharing my own well-developed modern design aesthetic, honed over many years as the head of a respected Los Angeles design firm. I use this to help buyers envision how they will live in a house and to help sellers maximize their return on investment.
Drawing on my innate sense of hospitality and background in client service, I take a bespoke approach to working with each client, too.
At the same time, my MBA training gives me the background to advise my clients on whether it is a good time to buy or sell, taking a variety of economic factors as well as insights into their circumstances into account.
