Hello July!

Seattle summer has officially arrived—and my favorite time of the year kicked off with a bang (and a few fireworks) on the 4th of July! From golden evenings on Lake Washington to sun-filled weekends at our neighborhood farmers markets, this is the season when the city truly shines. Neighborhoods are buzzing, patios are packed, and the longer days invite us to soak up every moment.

While the real estate market often takes a breather mid-summer, this year we’re seeing a different story. A record number of new listings have hit the market, and buyer activity remains steady—helping push Seattle’s median home price to a new all-time high of $1.04m -- up nearly 12% from June of last year! These are strong signs that momentum is carrying us into what could be a very active summer and early fall. Whether you’re buying, selling, or simply keeping an eye on the market, now is a great time to explore the opportunities and discover all the unique neighborhoods that make Seattle so special.
