Hello February!
February is for Love. Love for this city—its neighborhoods, its light, and its constant evolution. Love for real estate—not just the transactions, but the stories and timing behind each one. And most of all, love for where you live—because home should be a place you truly enjoy being.
I love Seattle for that exact reason. And while winter is typically quieter, this year has come out of the gate strong. Since the New Year, the market has been notably active: I currently have four listings and have already helped several buyers get into contract.
Every one of those buyers navigated multiple-offer situations—very typical for this time of year when inventory is tight. What I keep reminding clients is simple: don’t mistake winter urgency for market scarcity—some of it is simply froth. Winter competition is real, but there will be more to love as we head into spring—more listings, more choice, and more opportunity to find the right fit without getting caught up in the frenzy.
